danceclubbing all night breakfast at dawn feed your face babe, keep on going me, i'm home eating toast again half a loaf at 4 am sometimes it's dark when i spit but it ain't blood, it's chocolate... i (went out and) found america, it was big and fat i left it there and came back in my room there's a moonbeam spotlight shining on my typewriter tonight my pockets are bleeding guitar picks where is the rent in all of this? and i know i've seen the promised land it's on the other side of midnight from where i stand it's right behind me through an open door it's touching my face as i'm laying [sleeping] on the floor i may look dumb, but i ain't no fool not after all i've put me through you can talk about torment, talk so well show me a poet, i'll show you hell [silent bridge] i gave her my love, she said she had to go she treated my heart like a hot potato i thought of her face the other day when i think of that girl, my guts turn to clay sometimes it's dark when i spit but it ain't blood, it's chocolate and i know i've seen the promised land it's on the other side of midnight from where i stand it's right behind me through and open door it's touching my face as i'm laying on the floor yeah, i know i've seen it! ... ...it's right behind me through and open door it's touching my face as i'm laying on the floor

Roger Manning New York, New York

There's been a bit of re-emergence since 2007 and the album release in December 2014. ... more
